What we offer

We base a lot of our training on groups.  Finding that the accountability and energy from a small group is better than an individual lost in a crowd. 

Men's Group Training

             Mon., Wed., & Fri : 6a-8a

 

 

 

 

       We are currently running 1 hour Circuits.  A great blend of warm ups with 5 stations and cool down, it's a great way to start your morning.

 

This is a great group to work out with and build lasting friendships.

Ladies' Lifting Group

              Tue & Thu : 5p-7p ; Sat 8a

 

The Ladies, my wife included, have a lot of fun at Lancside.  They enjoy not having men around, excpet the trainers.  It's a very safe place for women to really push themselves.

MMA - Mixed Martial Arts

             Tue, Thu & Sat : 7a-8a

 

 

We focus on functional fighting techniques and conditioning to build your confidence and endurence.

 

Jeff, the Jiu Jitsu instructor, has been studying Self Defense and MMA since 2007.  He has a great passion and desire to teach everything he knows.  He runs a great Jiu Jitsu program for both male and females.  Currently a 4 stripe Blue Belt, he's on a mission of obtaining his Purple Belt.

What are goals in life?  Acheiving your goals usually starts with discipline.  Physical disciplines are the easiest to acheive.  What difference can a little physical discipline have on your life?  That's for you to find out.

Come in and check out why our growing group of teens are willing to go to bed early, to get up early, and get to Lancside before school.

 

Parents... let your children work out their energy in a healthy, fulfilling way.  Overcoming challenges in the gym will resonate to hearty life lessons.
